I’m having a citrus morning, do you guys know how kick ass citrus fruits are? Lemme tell you 

Fruits belonging to the citrus group are described as “hesperidium”

🍊 Nutrients in oranges are plentiful and diverse
🍊 Contains great amounts of minerals like potassium and calcium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps control heart rate and blood pressure through countering sodium actions.
